There are many products on the market to get you strong.
There is also a huge amount of misinformation about supplements. I can't help everyone here and I'm not looking to "help people out". A little background on me. I've been a competitive lifter and bodybuilder for almost 30 years. Over the years I've gotten my hands on many supplements, including various steroids and muscle building supplements. I'm a health nut and I'm not going to start telling you everything you should and should not take. I'm just going to tell you what supplements I've found to be effective and some that are bad for you. And I'll also give you my take on what "best" is. It's not a recipe book. So if I'm not sure what is or isn't going to work, don't take it. But I want you to know that there are people who have been successful for years and years with no supplements, only exercise and diet. They did not have to work with nutritionists or use supplements or use a supplement to do it. Some people think that supplements are just "expensive," but the truth is they aren't. These days you can get them at a super market for about a dollar.
